2. Service Description

Planning Assist UK provides AI-powered document drafting services for UK planning compliance. Our service analyses planning approval documents and generates draft compliance documentation to assist with planning condition discharge applications.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when using our services
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated documents before submission to any planning authority
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. AI-Generated Documents & Professional Review

IMPORTANT: Documents generated by our AI are provided as professional drafts and should be treated as a starting point. You expressly acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is not a substitute for qualified professional advice (planning consultant, architect, chartered engineer, ecologist, etc.)
• All documents should be reviewed and signed off by a suitably qualified professional before submission
• Documents may require customisation with site-specific measurements, drawings, and technical data
• We do not guarantee acceptance by any local planning authority
• We are not a firm of planning consultants and do not provide planning advice
• You are solely responsible for the final content, accuracy and suitability of any document submitted

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment is required before document generation
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days if documents materially fail to match their description

6. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use generated documents for your planning applications. The underlying AI technology, prompts and templates remain the property of CoreLogic Ai Ltd.

7. Privacy

Your use of Planning Assist UK is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLogic Ai Ltd and Planning Assist UK shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Refusal, delay or enforcement action by any local planning authority
• Losses arising from submission of documents without professional review
• Any planning breach, enforcement notice, or fine incurred by you or third parties

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during that period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
